Responsibilities:
- Maintaining contacts with agencies/clients to ensure commercial copy and instructions are received and processed on time
- Placing and managing spots on schedules
- Timing out program segments
- Create and maintain format templates
- Printing logs and automation reports for Master Control
- Assisting with other related duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Three years related experience in broadcasting or advertising agency preferred
- Candidate enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure of constant deadlines and last minute revisions
- Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Must be able to work with detailed information quickly yet accurately
- Strong communications skills
- Broadcast College an asset
- Traffic systems experience an asset. (Columbine, Orion or IBMS)
