As a generalist Human Resources Senior Consultant, you will be supporting Bell Media’s Out of Home advertising and National Sales (Quebec) divisions. You will report directly to the Human Resources Director and you will ensure a counselling role with your managers, fostering a partnership climate within the operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR processes and practices while offering coaching and client support to managers and direct reports from all levels (primary interface);
- Manage the recruiting process (needs analysis, job posting, screening of applications, interviews, offers, contracts of employment);
- Provide guidance to support the mid-year and year-end performance review process as well as the bonus and salary review processes in collaboration with the HR management;
- Support managers through disciplinary, restructuring and termination cases;
- Prepare reports and perform analysis;
- Participate in various committees and/or working groups;
- Provide training or information sessions;
- Write contracts, letters, appointments, etc.

Must be willing to work in a hands-on manner, which will be necessary to build credibility and knowledge within the organization. Finally, the candidate will be eager to learn and take on new challenges and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and operational skills.

Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
- 6-8 years of Human Resources generalist experience, at least 3 years in a counselling role with managers;
- Relevant experience in managing organizational change;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment of growth - mainly a Sales environment;
- Self-reliant - Ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to influence others, including skills in negotiation and conflict resolution;
- Excellent writing skills (contracts, letters, memos, etc.);
- Excellent judgment, sense of urgency, strong team player, positive attitude and customer focused;
- Excellent ability to prioritize, capacity to work under pressure and capacity to adapt to constant interruptions and priority changes;
- Proficient with several applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of SAP (important asset);
- Bilingualism is essential (spoken and written);
- Member of the Ordre des CRHA.
