Reporting to the Associate Director – the successful candidate will be responsible to act as a Process Support Manager for project/process delivery for all section teams. The successful candidate will ensure that business and system requirements related to existing and new processes align with the business unit strategy.
Job duties / Accountabilities:
* Develop Process and documentation for IT project delivery into front line teams
* Develop business requirements (system and process) in support of IT delivery
* Support Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Participate in process mapping sessions to identify and map out the CMO and FMO process maps for impacted business areas, while minimizing negative impacts to service or productivity
* Ensure thorough understanding of and identify any discrepancies/issues related to project objective, scope and benefits
* Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
* Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
* Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
* Manage training budget
* Manage control plans in support of process delivery to ensure compliance
* Resolve any specific problems/roadblocks to project delivery
* Maintain skill and training matrix
Essential skills / Competencies:
* Proven track record designing and executing successful training programs
* Solid business acumen - understand and implement key drivers of Bell’s success
* Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
* Ability to quickly learn, apply and coach to technical concepts
* Demonstrated ability to develop an environment which inspires employee involvement and teamwork
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills – ability to be effective and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment; work independently and drive projects to completion
* Strong interpersonal skills – someone who enjoys having fun in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Strong report writing and record keeping ability
* Strong computer skills (MS Office)
* Post Secondary Education in relevant field
Preferred skills / Competencies:
* Strong team orientation – collaborate, persuade and influence within cross functional project teams
* Strong Project and/or Process Management skills – understand and execute on key project deliverables
* Innovative and visionary thinking approach to problem solving – move the business forward
* Enthusiastic and energetic; a “can do” attitude
* Sound Knowledge/experience in all areas of Access Network Provisioning
* Knowledge of APSS
