Mandate : To assist the President, Vice President, Real Estate Quebec & Street Furniture and the Vice President, Sales, Québec in their daily work.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain the President’s agenda, organize corporate events, meetings and conference calls and make room reservations as required
- Make travel arrangements for the President;
- Support as needed to the Vice-Presidents, Real Estate Quebec & Street Furniture and Sales in their administrative tasks (expense accounts, communications, agenda and travel arrangements)
- Produce, translate, format, and / or distribute various communications presentations, letters, tables, memos, and reports;
- Order office supplies and business cards for the out-of-Home employees;
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of expense accounts;
- Approve and codify bills;
- Monitor the team’s annual vacations;
- Coordinate training of new employees;
- Act as a resource for members of the department
- Perform other administrative tasks.

Required skills:
- College education in a relevant discipline;
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience;
- Fluent in English and French, both oral and written;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Power Point, Excel and Word on;
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba (an asset);
- Team spirit and initiative;
- Dynamism, independence and ability to perform follow tight;
- Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness;
- Works well under pressure and ability to handle multiple projects at once;
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and confidentiality.
