Responsibilities:
- Work with Promotions Coordinators in communicating campaign details to announcers, sales team, and listeners
- Participate in promotions, marketing, announcer, and/or sales meetings as required.
- Assist in the maintenance of Promotion Department materials including scheduling, filing and maintaining of all promotional material
- Enter contest, concert, community events, and other information into the back-ends of the station website(s), and keep same up-to-date.
- Coordinate and manage benchmark prizing
- Work with Promotions Coordinators in organization of stations’ Street Team from training, scheduling to coordinating logistics for on-site events
- Representing all 3 stations at all times interacting with listeners, clients and charities on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- 2 year College Diploma in Advertising, Marketing or Radio.
- Team player
- Attention to detail & accuracy a must
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure & must be extremely organized
- Strong multi-tasking & time management skills
- Experience in radio promotions an asset
Hours of Work: 10 hours per week. Availability for additional weekend hours.
