Our Network team plans, designs, builds and operates Bell’s multi-billion dollar networks, including the continued expansion of our fibre optic network, HSPA+ and LTE — Canada’s largest and fastest wireless network.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assists in managing the OSS BMC CMDB in its design, evolution, monitoring, and change management.
* Participate in defining data policies and act as leader and advocate implementing them with the network teams to ensure the sustainability of the CMDB.
* Manages the processes and tools used to upload data from various network sources to BMC Atrium.
* Responsible for monitoring data completeness and accuracy of the CMDB.
* Responsible for informing CMDB data owners of actual data completeness and accuracy of their own data set on an on-going basis.
* When required, provide training and support to the data owner community to enable them to meet data completeness and quality standards.
* When required, assist/support the data owners in developing their internal process to ensure CMDA data completeness and accuracy.
* Develops, update and maintain CMDB data for the Service Management system
* Support the creation of a production dataset that contains accurate data from all available sources.
* Configure BMC Atrium CMDB to display federated data
* Support the service owners in translating business requirements for information into modeled designs.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or college degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* 5 years technical experience with at least 2 years as CMDB administrator holding similar R&Rs as above, preferably in a Telecom environment.
* Language ; French , English (speaking and writing)
* Hands on working experience with Oracle, SQL Server, ETL Tools and implementing designed models into a physical environment
* BMC Remedy 8.xx overall knowledge
* Good understanding and experience in using BMC Atrium
* Complete understanding of logical and physical data models
* Complete understanding of relational Database (primary/foreign relationships, etc)
* Able to formulate (write) and run SQL queries on Oracle database
* Knowledge of how BAO and AI function as data integrators into Remedy 8.xx
* Able to recognize and automate data loading/updating activities
* Ability to oversee and work simultaneously on different requirements with a variety of projects and short timelines
* Very good analytical capabilities as well as time management, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)
* Autonomous and energetic individual
* Understand basic network(Telecom & IT) concepts
* (ITIL processes) Configuration Management knowledge and skills is an asset
* Willing to travel and work out of normal hours on occasion
