The mandate of the Multiplatform media creativity coordinator is to develop sales materials and to coordinate presentations and the execution of advertising commitments stemming from said presentations.He shall ensure the following:

* That the materials sent to clients meet the quality standards of Le Réseau des sports (RDS).
* That deadlines are met.
* That budgets are adhered to (production costs).
* That clients' projects are executed without omissions and on time, and that the required proofs are made available in a timely fashion.

* In addition, as part of the job, the Coordinator will be called upon to communicate, regularly and effectively, with external clients (advertising agencies and advertisers, etc) and internal clients (representatives, TV and web production team) and with suppliers, both internal (Marketing, Commercial Production, Programming) and external (translators, promoters).

Primary responsibilities:

* Coordinate and prepare sales presentations using the appropriate tools and complying with corporate quality standards.
* Coordinate the execution of media creativity projects with the Commercial Production and Programming departments.
* Brief the representatives and provide them with support for the execution of their sales presentations.
* Negotiate the inclusion of new segments with Programming and the Web department.
* Coordinate all business activities and promotions, and agency visits.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions.

Knowledge and skills

* A bachelor's degree in marketing or in communications or two to five years of relevant experience in a similar position.
* Thorough familiarity with sports, television, the web, social networks and mobile applications (advertisements on mobile websites).
* Proficiency with the following applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Prezi and photoshop(an asset).
* Creative flair.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain healthy team dynamics.
* Autonomy and the ability to organize/manage one's time.
* Familiarity with the following production areas: television, graphics, web and multiplatform.
* Attention to detail and minutiae in the performance of tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (French and English).
