The Field Services team thrives on providing installation and repair services for business and residential customers using the latest technology, including Fibre, Optical Ethernet, IPVPN.

The Vendor Compensation Analyst is part of the Bell Satellite TV’s vendor compensation department who is responsible for vendor compensation including Retail partners, National Installation vendors, MDU, Special vendor compensation, Projects and testing.

Job Duties:

* Daily monitoring of compensation flow and order flow
* Investigate and resolve compensation process gaps and system issues
* Develop database queries and create adhoc reports for data analysis
* Generate compensation related reports and perform analysis
* Ensuring integrity of all reports and information in the compensation system
* Investigate and resolve payments and credits processed to SAP general ledger accounts
* Communication to installation vendors and retailers of any issues and work on resolution as required
* Create and maintain process documentation and vendor profiles in all related systems
* Audit payments for completeness and accuracy
* Audit on customer credit adjustments
* Involve in day to payment reconciliation relating to NI, RI and MDU payment process
* Involve in special projects and UAT testing
* Assist with payment inquiries and processing

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of College diploma or equivalent

* 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Audit department or similar experience
* Knowledge in customer billing, credit and payment process
* Advance knowledge in SAS, MS Excel, MS Access, Cognos and Microstrategy
* Programming languages including SQL
* Good knowledge in promotions and sales offers
* Experienced in analyzing process flow, order flow, and system processes
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to multi-task
* Customer focused
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong problem solving and decision making skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to an evolving position
* Ability to work well as member of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual in French and English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
* Working knowledge of OM/OMC, CSG, OneVu, OEM, CPS, SAP and the internet
* Sound knowledge of Bell ExpressVu products and services
* FWFM knowledge a definite plus

Work conditions:

* Work schedule: Monday to Friday daytime schedule
* Employment status: Temporary - Part time: Availabilities to work 40hrs weekly is required
* Length of the assignment: 1 year or more, potential for extension (replacement for maternity leave)
* Work location: 100 Wynford Drive, Toronto Ontario
