The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.

The pricing team plays an integral role in the success of acquiring and retaining Bell’s customers. Members of the team are responsible for the development of strategies and tactics to price our services in a competitive manner while maximizing our revenue generation potential.

The Data Pricing team manages the development of in-market data pricing for rate plans, features and promotional offers for a dynamic portfolio that ranges from the traditional phones and Smartphone, to Turbo Sticks, Hubs, Hotspots and Tablets. In addition, the team manages pricing for all Value Added Services from Text Messaging to Mobile TV. The fast paced environment in which the team operates in is very dynamic and offers plenty of opportunity for challenge, growth and development for a motivated self-starter.

Job Duties/Accountabilities

The Data Pricing Specialist will have end-to-end ownership for the pricing of a subset of these data and VAS services. You will constantly be thinking about ensuring our pricing is easy to understand, compelling and competitive while optimizing client lifetime value and profitability. You will have a relentless focus on executing our pricing flawlessly and striving for a seamless experience that will delight our clients. You will be challenged to be creative and innovative in identifying new opportunities and solutions and to provide analytics to support your ideas and recommendations.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies

* A University degree, preferably with a business focus
* An ability to think both strategically and analytically to identify and assess new opportunities
* An ability to dig into the analytics, present findings effectively and make recommendations
* An ability to critically assess results and understand program effectiveness
* A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
* Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* An ability to maintain both a big picture perspective and a keen attention to detail
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint, Access is an asset)

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies

* Experience in a Marketing or Product Management role
* Knowledge of the wireless industry
