As a member of the bell.ca online marketing team , you will be responsible for the management and optimization of digital personalization efforts within bell.ca for both ecommerce and customer support activities.
What we are looking for:
A person who has a strong understanding of information architecture, digital targeting and web personalization & contextualisation. The candidate should also possesses an analytical and performance marketing background coupled with a creative and innovative approach to tackling business and marketing challenges.
Accountabilities will include:
* Work closely with Bell consumer marketing groups and partners to optimize targeting tools and improve the performance of display advertising, email and SEO & SEM platforms/campaigns
* Co-lead the development and implementation of website content personalization & contextualisation within the bell.ca website
* Monitor performance of web personalization tactics and digital marketing campaigns using online analytics tools and take action as needed to ensure targeting efforts are fully optimized
* Execute, optimize, scale, and improve performance of audience-targeted campaigns through various platforms, including Google DoubleClick Campaign Manager and Adobe targeting tools
* Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly implemented in partner consoles/platforms
* Bring forward new insights from the digital advertising industry
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with Web and mobile mediums (e.g., information architect, experience design, ecommerce or ad operations/optimization)
* Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms
* Proven knowledge of information architecture, usability, and user experience design principles and best practices
* Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, perform multivariable testing, and clearly communicate results
* Understanding of online marketing metrics/terminology/analytics/tools
* Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
* Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
