The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Aliant Internet and Bell Satellite TV.

About the Field Sales Representative Role:
As a Field Sales Representative you will be leading the drive to service and sales within the residential market, selling Bell TV, Internet and Home Phone services to residential users who live in a SFU (Single Family Unit).
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned, sales professional to be part of one of the most critical sales teams within the company. Backed by one of Canada’s most iconic brand and elite line of residential products, you will be equipped to prospect and acquire new customers. The team is seeking individuals who are hunters (by nature), results oriented and have past success with improving revenue results.
Field Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Attract residential customers to purchase Bell TV, Bell Aliant Hi Speed Internet, and Bell Aliant Home Phone services by going door to door.
- Leverage existing internal sources of sales leads while identifying new sources of opportunities for sales in SFUs.
- Represent Bell in the promotion and sales of select Bell products in the field and at special events plus any customer follow-up from the sales process.
- Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to the Marketing group.
- Document and submit sales orders on a timely basis for input into our database.
Field Sales Representative Critical Competencies:
- Proven sales experience with emphasis on customer service.
- Proven success in a relevant direct sales position is essential.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Competitive product and technological knowledge of the telecommunication industry a definite asset
- Post secondary education or equivalent.
Field Sales Representative Working Conditions:
- Must have a vehicle in good condition and a valid driver’s license
- Must not have been convicted of a criminal or penal offense
related to the tasks and responsibilities of the position.
- This position requires being on the road to meet with residential customers
- Flexible Schedule; Available for evening and weekend work
- Unlimited opportunity for Growth and Development
