The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.

The wireless Business Campaign & Execution team is seeking a creative and experienced content marketing manager responsible for the planning and development of marketing content to support Bell Mobility’s acquisition and growth within the business segment. He/she has demonstrated success in a B2B content marketing development role with a solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Marketing Campaigns, this role will develop content that will engage and educate customers to make better informed decisions for their wireless business needs. The position will create content tailored to specific business segments and verticals as well as content to support various sales channels. The work environment is energetic and dynamic and requires someone who is comfortable operating at a fast pace, is detail oriented and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop annual content marketing strategy, quarterly plans and editorial calendar
* Manage day-to-day development and deployment of compelling short and long form content for each stage of the sales and customer lifecycle -- including sales collateral, case studies, customer presentations, white papers, eBooks, infographics, newsletters, resource guides, FAQs, sell sheets, solution guides, web and email copy, etc.
* Develop content that supports integrated marketing automation campaigns, online marketing objectives to drive demand generation, brand awareness and thought leadership
* Support content development for customer events, trade shows and webinars
* Manage online sales tool development
* Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of all content marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

* 3-5+ years of management experience in a content development role (B2B, wireless, telco or technology an asset)
* A strong writer, editor and story teller. Ability to research materials, interview subject matter experts, find ideas and filter information to create compelling content
* Proficiency with content management systems, basic HTML, digital experience, SEO research experience, and willingness to learn and work with new technologies and tools
* Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
