The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. Analyst, Field Sales Quality
Description
Our team is looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual with proven analytical skills and operational expertise. The person will be responsible for conducting investigations on sales quality and providing periodic reporting on findings. This entails performing deep dives on the sales processes of numerous sales groups within the channel and providing reports to align them with the company standard.
Job duties / Accountabilities
· Development & consolidation of data to provide periodic reporting on various sales and quality metrics.
· Ensure data integrity by investigating anomalies in reported numbers from a variety of sources throughout the organization. This includes working with IT to understand any system issues or changes as well as investigating templates and adjustments.
· Contribute to the development of improved processes by means of analyses and appropriate recommendations (provide Ad Hoc analysis).
Critical Skills Required
* University Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Applied mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, which ensures an equivalent level of competency (2-5 years)
* Strong excel skills including manipulation of pivot tables and knowledge of a wide range of formulas is imperative
* Strong communication, organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing priorities
* Proven analytical and problem solving experience with attention to detail
* Self motivated team player with strong work ethics
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office environment and Tools
* Data extraction skills using SQL in TERADATA & Oracle Environment considered an asset
* Database knowledge (SAS, Oracle and EDW) considered an asset
* Telecom experience considered an asset
