The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

The National Retail Sales team is seeking a dynamic, innovative and strategic Sales Co-ordinator to help grow, develop and define the opportunity in the world’s largest retail mass merchant. Reporting directly to the National Account Manager, the ideal candidate has a passion for digging into the situation and getting things done. Sales and marketing channel experience is ideal but the successful candidate is a self starter with an opportunity to further define the role. The ability to mine all available resources and interpret results to generate insight, formulate recommendations, and deliver results in-line with Bell and channel expectations is paramount. They are strategic and analytical with the ability to think outside the box to drive and create new, unique processes in order to get things done.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

* Inventory management and replenishment. Indentify daily/weekly inventory sales trends and anticipate upcoming requirements
* Daily entry of individual store Purchase Orders and follow-up with Order Desk to ensure execution in addition to creating//leveraging tools to create for Field Team visibility
* Pricing and Communication: Ensure accurate communication of price and plan changes and offers in a timely fashion
* Responsible for new SKU set-ups and ad-hoc inventory inquiries as well as administering promotional activities and performance tracking
* Tracking and reconciliation of budget to ensure that all funds are maximized and accounted for
* Prime for store change maintenance to ensure that any changes are communicated to all applicable internal parties

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

* Able to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
* An University degree, preferably with a business focus or equivalent
* An ability to dig into the analytics, present findings effectively and make recommendations
* Self starter with demonstrated ability to be resourceful
* A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
* Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

* Prior Retail Link and Walmart experience
* Previous experience in a Sales, Marketing or Product Management role and/or environment
* Knowledge of the wireless industry

Working Conditions:

* Regular business hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm.
* Some weekend work may be required
* Work location: Creekbank Campus, 5025 Creekbank Road, Mississauga
