Job duties / accountabilities:

Reporting to the Sales Director, Mid-Market Quebec, your responsibilities will include:
- Consolidate sales figures and reconcile collected data.
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of the monthly results reports.
- Partner with other finance primes to ensure linkage and accuracy of financials.
- Follow up with senior management and other internal partners for information and enforce deadlines whenever necessary.
- Prepare executive presentations.
- Prepare weekly team highlights.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting analytics/processes.
- Development of added value analysis reports.
- Adhoc decision-support analysis.
- Responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Look for areas to improve reporting or level of metrics provided to the business.
- Work closely with the business to be able to identify key risks and opportunities.
- Manage Sales CRM, support sales with CRM inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential skills / competencies:
- University Degree in an Accounting/Finance/Commerce discipline.
- Working towards or completed an accounting Designation (CA/CMA/CGA) is an asset.
- Ability to work and deliver as a cross functional team member.
- Proven background in Financial reporting and analysis activities.
- Highly motivated, pro-active, and the ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment.
- Diplomatic and assertive – able to interface with all levels of management.
- Ability and aptitude for data manipulation and analysis, systems exploration and data mining.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Works well under pressure, strives for exceptional performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, fully proficient in use of MS Office – particularly Excel.
- Bilingual French/English.
