Key Responsibilities
Working closely with your Email Distribution partner and the entire Corporate Communications team, you will process requests from throughout the organization using custom software to build distribution lists and send messages, Dreamweaver to format emails in HTML, and Photoshop for images and banners. You will also review distribution lists in Excel, proofread messages for typos and formatting issues, and assist with the production of our weekly e-newsletter using our in-house content management system.
Critical Competencies
- Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken).
- Experience working in a large organization with complex structure.
- Strong computer skills, including an aptitude for learning custom software and experience using Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple time-sensitive requests.
- Critical mindset – not afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
- Flexible schedule – a few late evenings each month plus emergencies.
