The Regional Resolution Team includes members of the Control Center and the field support teams which include the Assignment and Test Centers (voice and cables). The evening-night team is the mandate to take over for most of our dispatch teams in an effort to ensure the regular and urgent dispatch after regular hours including evening and nights both during the week and weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of the following systems : FWFM, Tim NG, Bcris, SGE, GDE, FSOS, Action
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage Exception
Working Conditions:
- Possibility of five days par week
- Sunday to Saturday between 4 :30 PM to 7 :30 AM.
- 7/24 environment
