Position: Radio Traffic Coordinator
Location: Kelowna, British Columbia
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Overview:
Co-ordinate and enter commercial and promotional orders in Wide Orbit order software, ensuring each runs as ordered, true to Bell Media’s policies on inventory, credit and rate and clients specifications. Accuracy is the most important aspect of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of previous days logs
- Producing daily commercial traffic logs for your station(s)
- Process all local, National, Web and Promotional/PSA contracts
- Input all National Contracts from our National Sales office
- Print Confirmations for all national orders, match & check against orders for accuracy
Skill Requirements
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, while functioning well in a team environment
- Ability to provide professional, timely service to your station group
- Ability to calmly manage a deadline driven environment with a full, busy workload
- Proven ability to multitask with accuracy
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Previous experience with Wide Orbit Traffic Systems required
- Strong references
