The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

 

As a key member of the Assisted Install team, you will work in conjunction with Marketing and Sales channels to ensure strong product knowledge and to help maximize sales of VAS products through inbound and outbound calls of varying types. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in improving and maintaining SLA’s, collaborating with the team and partners to increase RGU retention numbers and establishing processes and procedures to improve business efficiencies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and/or execute channel support strategies and manage visiting schedule priorities based on various key metrics
  • Work with Workforce Management team to ensure proper coverage for the Queue 7 days a week
  • Take accountability for one or several operational segment(s) on behalf of the Assisted Install team
  • Ongoing weekly operation meetings to review performance/opportunities, challenges with local management
  • Conduct day-to-day analysis of results to objectives and develop action plans to assist the channel to achieve its objectives
  • Provide onsite coaching of vendor Team Leaders in respective call centres, while maintaining a strong committed focus to sales objectives
  • SME channel expert on all BRS products and services (Bell TV, Internet, Home Phone, LD, Winback)
  • Build and execute winning strategies to develop and maintain product expertise
  • Validate direct channel training documents and actively participate in every step from a consultant point of view; from design to delivery
  • Assist the vendor in building and updating various documents; product training, sales, current marketing offers, competitive landscape, one pagers and when necessary by providing requested product and positioning information, train the partners on the content
  • Build and execute hype/incentives campaigns, recognition programs and road shows
  • Execute a variety of analysis, research(s), assessment(s), ad hoc tasks and capture the highlights through various report(s) &/or presentation(s)

 

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Previous sales or related experience in a telecommunication environment
  • Experience with online order and billing tools such as Order Max
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
