Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
Position Description:
The Business Marketing team is seeking an innovative, creative and dynamic individual to support marketing program development for the Bell Business Market (BBM). The role includes initiating, planning and working with Marketing Communications to execute on programs such as awareness campaigns, product launches, offer blitzes, and targeted programs. The responsibilities include targeting, campaign recommendations, program execution, sales channel support and performance management.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
- Identify key partners for building out acquisition, growth and retention strategies and building relationships with key players in these organizations
- Lead projects to ensure development of lead/sales process and sales support model to support sales and support channels as appropriate
- Organize regular training and update sessions with partners and create associated training materials
- Develop marketing programs - Build marketing communications program recommendations
- Act as an intermediary and facilitator between the product teams and sales
- Manage incentives to help attain sales targets
- Ensure that inside sales support is available for partners - activities include customer qualification, product positioning, pricing and promotion details
- Create, analyze and execute on business cases for potential new areas of business
- Develop and implement effective brand, marketing communications and public relations strategies to build and maintain a favourable brand image for Bell
- Provide inputs into the weekly and monthly channel performance summary (i.e. scorecard report) for review with channel, product, and executive teams – reviewing performance against key objectives, competitor trends, and developing detailed plans to meet or exceed objectives going forward
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, completed by the program start date
- Strong organizational skills in executing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a high pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused, team player, innovative and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Bilingualism (English/French)
