Promotions Coordinator, Full-time
Bell Media Vancouver
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively contribute to the development of promotional campaigns for CTV Vancouver and/or The Beat 94.5, 103.5 QM/FM, and TSN Radio
- Execute all promotional elements of assigned campaigns to consistently exceed client objectives while maximizing ratings, revenue, and sponsorship opportunities
- Attend all major station promotions and/or client promotions as required or assigned
- Supervise part-time staff as required
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education with marketing/media focus
- Minimum of 2 years TV Promotions and/or Radio Promotions experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) – Photoshop and web design experience an additional asset
- Solid knowledge of all social media platforms
