Responsibilities:
- Handle contract discrepancies
- Prepare posts
- Co-ordination of Pre-comp and logfill
- Manage the make good/Pre-emption and program change process with buyers
- Assist traffic with missing materials
- Maintain contract files
Qualifications:
- Related traffic and/or agency experience or Broadcast College degree is required
- Two to three years of experience in sales or equivalent
- Experience with IBMS is a definite asset
- Must be able to work comfortably on a team and under the pressure of constant deadlines and last minute revisions
- Must take initiative and possess excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly independent position
- Must be eager to learn, flexible, and willing to help co-workers where required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills required
