The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
The Pricing team is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to drive sales and revenue targets in a fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. This position provides an experienced leader with an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to develop and manage in-market pricing and promotions for Bell Mobility.
Detailed Description:
Reporting to the Director of Business Pricing, the Manager of Small Business Pricing is responsible for services pricing (including rate plans and promotional offers) in a highly competitive & ever-evolving environment.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
* Ensure our pricing is easy to understand, compelling & competitive while optimizing client lifetime value and profitability
* Analyze impact on ARPU, revenue and acquisition for potential new promotions, bundles and services pricing
* Manage end-to-end launch of new promotions and services from executive approval through IS/IT builds and channel execution & training.
* Market analysis and gap closure initiatives
* Monthly post mortem development and analysis
* Work in closely with ISIT and vendors to launch new system builds while leading large cross functional teams through design, build, testing, implementation, communication and execution.
* Meet aggressive due dates
* Lead a team of 2 Specialists
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
* University degree with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
* 3+ years of leadership experience in Marketing or Project Management
* Proven ability in project management and leading large cross functional teams
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
* Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced skills in Excel, Access, BI Query, SAS and PowerPoint.
* Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
