Responsibilities:
Entertainment Specialty Digital is seeking a creative and experienced coordinator to help manage and execute our multi-channel network. The coordinator will work collaboratively with our MCN manager and digital team, as well as members of the sales, brand partnerships and marketing teams (in addition to other internal stakeholders). The ideal candidate has experience in digital media and multi-channel networks, as well as content creation, reporting and analytics. This position requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to shift focus between content-based duties and essential analytics and business duties. The coordinator will be immersed in a collaborative, team-based environment, and will help establish best practices and processes for this department.
Responsibilities include:
• Daily channel management, including video optimization (employing all unique digital video and SEO best practices)
• Coordinate talent partnerships and audience growth, including developing content creators and channels
• Develop categorization of content creators, to both nurture emerging talent and leverage higher-impact talent as needed
• Responsible for reports and analytics, including issuing measurements and reports to track success
• Assist in the administration of content creator revenue tracking and royalty payments
• Work with manager to support execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships and track/measure success
• Support and implement sales-driven executions
• Identify and implement new video SEO trends and best practices via analytics
• Collaborate with key interdepartmental stakeholder departments to drive success
• Analyze and forecast royalties and assemble management reporting packages
Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital media with an equivalent university degree
• Digital product management and project management experience an asset
• Expertise with YouTube platform and analytics, and overall experience with analytics software
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Familiarity with digital platforms, and knowledge of publishing to multiple digital platforms
• Experience with content creation and content creator management
• Experience with online advertising and brand-partnered content
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for media and digital content
• Highly organized, self-motivated and efficient
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
