Under the supervision of the Research Manager, this role requires a candidate with exceptional presentation and analytic skills. Using research insights,
the candidate will prove the relevance of the Out-of-Home channel to new and existing clients.  This candidate will lead projects within a team environment to advocate for the Out-of-Home channel externally to marketers, direct clients and ad agencies and internally to national and local sales teams across Canada. The candidate will have extensive experience in an advertising agency, media agency and/or media sales company in order to develop ideas, communicate strategies and secure new channels of revenue.


Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of the research team
• Provide support, as needed, to national and local sales teams
• Assist Product Managers in proposal presentations
• Develop customized sales presentations using all available research databases.
• Monitor OOH competitive activities
• Maintain accurate and timely reports as assigned.
• Perform clerical tasks (create and produce documents, organize meetings)
• Report to Research Manager based in Montreal 
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be able to put together strong and concise pitch presentation to support the Out-of-Home media sale teams. The candidate should have some media planning or buying experience in Out-of-Home.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Aptitude to think creatively and handle multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal skills that can sustain group and independent projects.
• Can work under tight deadlines and pressures, flexible and able to quickly shift direction and scope of projects as needed
• Facility to turn research insights into concise sale arguments and present it in a logical, straight-forward manner.
• Relevant education in marketing/communication
• Three to five years' experience in an agency or in media (i.e. OOH)
• Good organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as COMBnavigator, Nielsen, IMS
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
