Location: 1 Blue Jays Way – Rogers Centre
Salary:  (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Hours of Work:40 hours per week. Overtime as required


Responsibilities:

• Manage all travel arrangements for the  DOME Productions engineers and ensure that all pertinent information is communicated to the engineers before departure
• Communicate with the engineering scheduler, production managers and engineers about travel bookings to ensure that all needs are being met
• Ensure that all travel arrangements are coordinated so that flight times, hotel rooms and vehicle rentals are consistent with crew scheduling
• Coordinate all flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and vehicle rental throughout Canada and the U.S. in a timely manner using online booking system.
• Ensure that all pertinent information is communicated to the engineers before departure
• Research all possible rates and ensure that the best price is attained
• Capture all travel related costs and input into the costing module.  Track flight credits and ensure that they are used in a timely fashion.
• Prepare cheque requisitions for all crew per diem and cash advances. Ensure monies are allocated in an accurate and timely fashion
• Prepare detailed travel estimates for major events as required
• Good knowledge of travel insurance policies and cancellation policies

 

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a demanding and time sensitive environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities
• A minimum of 2 years Travel industry related experience.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
