Overview
Reporting to the Store Manager (SM) the Second in Charge (2IC) supports the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. The 2IC role is supported by a program that will provide candidate’s hands on learning and development needed to potentially become an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager within the Corporate Stores as future opportunities become available. The Second in Charge will develop the skills required to support the Store Manager in leading and managing a profitable retail location by:
* Assisting the Store Manager with overall development of all employees
* Achieving sales targets; driving sales and providing outstanding client service
* Supporting and contributing to store operations

Qualifications
* One to two years of retail sales or customer service experience
* University degree/college diploma (focus on business/management) is an asset
* Comfortable with technology such as computers, mobile devices and digital merchandising
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Quebec Only – Bilingualism in French and English
Working Conditions
* Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
* Flexible to work within a 35km radius of original store of hire
* Must work a minimum of 30 to 37.5/hours per week.
