Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets across digital media platforms including display, broadband and mobile/tablet
- Identify, develop and maintain advertising agency and direct client contacts on behalf of Bell Media’s TSN, Entertainment Specialty, CTV News & Entertainment, The Loop.ca, Sympatico.ca, and Astral digital media sales team
- Provide quality service with a focus on client retention through regular, relevant and systemic contact with all active and potential advertisers
- Prepare and deliver strategic sales proposals, including appropriate research data
- Work in collaboration with management team to assist in development of customer specific proposals
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and liaise effectively with all sales support functions
- Develop and execute a specific prospecting plans for each Key Account
- Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all current Bell Media digital product offerings
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience within a Digital Media Sales environment
- Post-secondary degree required
- Knowledge of Digital and Broadcast industry terms, standards and metrics
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals; proven ability to manage work independently
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills, combined with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines and last minute revisions
- A highly developed client service focus and drive to close sales
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
