Description:

The wireless Business Marketing team is seeking an innovative M2M & Business Solutions Marketing manager responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing programs, communications and content to support Bell Mobility’s acquisition and growth within the Machine to Machine solution portfolio. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer capable of interpreting results and data to generate insight, formulating concepts and programs to deliver results while also possessing strong communication skills.

 

Reporting directly to the Director Business Marketing the role will work closely with all business sales channels, resellers, marketing communications and product teams to drive M2M solution growth and target objectives. The work environment is energetic and dynamic and requires someone who is comfortable operating at a fast pace, is detail oriented and drives results.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for execution of  the M2M marketing business plan within specific vertical industry markets and business segments
  • Prime development of quarterly lead generation and nurture programs that drive awareness and create demand for M2M
  • Lead the execution of go to market communications for M2M including message development, value proposition, customer facing materials, event support, social media, PR and analyst communications in conjunction with cross functional primes
  • Develop marketing assets to support the reseller partner program
  • Create best in class support tools and content for the field and partners
  • Lead industry marketing efforts and develop strategic vertical specific programs including quarterly campaign tactics, lead generation, event plans
  • Support channel readiness marketing requirements for the M2M portfolio to enhance the customer experience
  • Work with the product take to market team to ensure successful execution of solution launches
  • Monitor competitive trends to uncover new opportunities/risks to maintain and advance Bell Mobility’s market position

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing Marketing strategies for complex solutions in a  B2B environment across different channels
  • Ability to deliver best in class marketing communications that drive awareness and generate demand for Bell  M2M solutions
  • Proficient understanding of the Machine to Machine market and Industry marketing
  • Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Communications strategies in a  B2B environment
  • Experience with solutions marketing, channel or partner marketing
  • 5+ years of marketing management experience (B2B, wireless solutions, technology)
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to drive, develop and execute initiatives across cross-functional groups
  • Detail, and results oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • University education; Marketing or Business degree an asset
