Position:  Senior Affiliate Sales and Content Distribution Manager – 1 year contract
Location: Agincourt
Salary:  Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

 

Responsibilities:
• Sales Planning and Management
• Lead the development of marketing and sales strategy and plans for all Bell Media TV services; including Pay TV, Specialty and Conventional services
• Develop and negotiate strategic sales offers, incentive programs, hype events and training opportunities/schedules for key accounts.
• Work with the Marketing, Programming and Research team to provide strategic market intelligence to inform sales plans
• Develop and manage post mortems for all sales incentive programs, including analysis of key performance indicators, to assess effectiveness of campaign in a timely manner
• Explore and propose new sales opportunities with key partners
• Build and manage key client relationships across all levels
• Promote alignment between Sales and Marketing teams to deliver projects/initiatives in a timely manner
• Manage and motivate a team of developing sales individuals
• Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure operational/administrative excellence

 

Qualifications:

• 10 years of marketing strategy and project management experience
• University/College education in marketing or related field is an asset
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills, specifically the ability to foster effective cross-functional working teams to deliver results.
• Traditional sales and marketing management and marketing research background are assets
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking management skills
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, written).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of follow through and delivery.
• Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
