The Bell Business Markets (BBM) Professional Services delivery team is the consulting arm of Bell Canada Enterprise responsible for the design, execution and implementation of solutions for the Enterprise customer market.

Our Professional Services delivery team has an immediate need for an intermediate IT Security Solution Integration Specialist.
The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for delivering Security Solutions engagements in medium to large Enterprise environments. Drawing on both technical and business integration acumen, there is the opportunity to interact with and manage relations between both clients and Bell Canada staff.
This role requires expertise with the definition and implementation IT Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs within large business environments in various sectors of the industry such as Federal Government, Provincial Government, Banks, Health care, etc.
The candidate responsibilities will include:
- Defining customer requirements for Security Solutions with a focus on the definition and implementation of IT Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs.
- Participating in the development of methods, tools, templates, training to support our GRC client programs.
- Participating in the planning and implementation of Security Solutions meeting customer requirements.
- Participating in the implementation of automated GRC programs.
- Performing requirements analysis and producing detailed solution implementation documentation.
- Contributing to continuous growth of the Security Solutions practice through identification of new opportunities and development of security solutions.
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- 2+ years in IT.
- Experience in implementing/configuring an automated IT program.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English.
- Able to communicate IT Security GRC program points to others at the technical and user levels.
- Strong Project methodology and ability to work closely with project managers.
- Superb customer relations and the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
- Strong Networking skills
- Team oriented.
- Autonomous and ability to accept responsibility with minimal supervision
- Secret Clearance issued by the Government of Canada upon start date.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within North America
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Bachelor or specialized college degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or another related IT program.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing IT Security Governance (GRC), Risk and Compliance programs.
- .Net, Java coding experience
- Prior IT security solution integration experience.
- Professional designation such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.
