Responsabilities:
- Provide support to the communications’ team :
- Assist the directors : budget monitoring, preparation of presentations, etc.;
- Assist the coordinators : broadcast management, order promotional items, send press items, follow-ups on the projects schedule, etc.;
- Assister the project managers for promotional events and contests;
- Assist the editors in press activities ;
- Creating and updating records of autopromos in Louise;
- Provide administrative support: budget monitoring, seasonal broadcast launch, filing, mailings, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing (an asset);
• Versatile, efficient, independent and thorough candidate;
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite;
• Knowledge of Photoshop (an asset);
• Fluency in French oral and written and functional English.
