Responsibilities:

• Book the most compelling, newsworthy and original guests for “Macko and Cauz on TSN 1050.” Take topics that matter and make them big and unique
• Conceive and develop ideas with the show hosts, Program Director, and Senior Producer
• Build a detailed, daily show rundown which contains all the necessary elements for effective and dynamic radio programming.
• Lead the show’s daily planning process
• Liaise with editorial staff from other areas within TSN and Bell Media to coordinate the distribution and promotion of all content
• Work with the hosts to define and create an over-arching show vision
• Other duties as required

Qualifications: 
• Previous experience working as a Radio Show Producer
• Thorough sports knowledge
• A demonstrated ability to work under multiple deadlines
• Must be able to lead on-air talent and technical staff
• Understanding and passion for broadcasting
• A strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Organized, collaborative and highly communicative
• Social media expertise
• Understanding of Burli audio software, a plus
• Hours of work – Overtime as required. Scheduled Shifts (shift work)
