Virgin Mobile - Service and Product Consultant
The Service and Product Consultant will execute the retail service program in the Virgin Mobile Corporate Stores. The goal of the SPC Program is to increase member satisfaction, decrease churn and improve overall store efficiencies. He/she will be responsible for the delivery of in-store Member Care and Product Care responsibilities related to post-sales and service support.
What’s the role?
- Handle returns, repairs, over the counter exchanges, software flashing and phonebook transfers
- Assume administrative responsibilities such as reconciliation of banks deposits, payroll entries, shipping and receiving of goods, etc.
- Perform maintenance functions of products
- Resolve member service inquiries directly or by directing the member to the appropriate service
- Promote and sell products and services (accessories, extended warranties, Fun bundles, etc.) to improve ARPU and reduce churn
- Member facing environment – can occasionally require outbound business development (cold calls, call back, special events, etc.)
- Perform back store tasks, such as processing returns, inventory counts, managing loan devices other general administrative functions of the store
Do you fit the part?
- At least 2 years of experience serving customers in a retail environment or in a call center
- Experience in sales or after-sales service of wireless products and services
- Experience in a retail telecommunication environment is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on active listening
- Strong organizational skills, initiative and strong ability to prioritize
