As a result of our growth, BCE Nexxia, Bell Canada’s wholly owned US subsidiary, is seeking a dynamic Client Executive for our Wholesale Division, operating from the United States Eastern region. The Wholesale Division is a growing and exciting department within Bell Canada,
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing business relationships with our key customers to exceed customer satisfaction. In this highly autonomous senior role, you will also be responsible for driving revenues and profitability growth by identifying, quantifying and closing client sales. You will develop and execute innovative service strategies that promote attainment of results and exceed customer expectations.
Achieving these goals requires a seasoned, results oriented individual, who is comfortable interacting at an executive level with Bell's complex Wholesale telecommunications customers. The successful applicant must have at least 6 years experience dealing with the telecommunication needs of wholesale operators. Strong executive relationship building skills and contacts in the area are a must.
You will also have a superior knowledge of Telecommunication Products and Services, a working knowledge of Project Management and a solid financial acumen and negotiation skills. Technical knowledge of Data, IP, IT, Voice and Wireless services considered an asset.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Meet or exceed revenue, profitability and client acquisition goals.
- Complete and maintain ongoing accurate Funnel management and other revenue tracking measures.
- Interact with and provide direction to client services within the specific Business unit to ensure effective execution of account plan.
- Manage sales growth and retention within the Wholesale market space.
- Develop and execute sales strategies within the team.
- Responsible for Account Management Planning and Strategies.
- Partner with all support and product management teams to develop and deploy products and promotions.
- Action and resolve customers requests and complaints
- Manage within assigned expense and resource budgets
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Sales and account management experience in the Telecommunications industry with proven sales success into the emerging non-traditional telco space within the Bay area.
- Extensive knowledge of the Wholesale Community needs. Experience in data center and cloud considered an asset
- Proven experience in Carrier sales. Extensive knowledge of the Internet Industry and emerging technologies
- Experience working remotely from HQ location
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills
- Tolerance to ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid Excel and PC skills
- Flexible and independent
