Name and description of the hiring department:

 

Network Services, Video and Data Network Services Support, Extended Warranty Program (EWP) Team.


Job Duties / Accountabilities:

 

  • Work with CP2/CP3 EWP team to compile EWP information for approx 200 vendors (Wire line and Wireless Networks).
  • Obtain and analyze repair statistics from EWP vendors.
  • Obtain and analyze Technical Support usage from EWP vendors.
  • Compile an overall view of Network EWP vendors cost model.
     

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

 

  • University student in Engineering or Commerce.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office and Outlook.
  • A “Team Player” with a positive “can do” attitude.

 
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

 

  • Knowledge of Bell’s services.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • High tolerance to ambiguity and stress in a constantly evolving marketplace.
