JOB TITLE: Account Executive, Existing MDU Sales

Information on Division/Hiring Department:

The Bell Residential Services Sales Team is being expanded to support a significant expansion of our Fibe service footprint. This team requires individuals to be business savvy, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile to close the sale.

Job Description:

Bell Residential Services is presently recruiting for the position of Account Executive, Existing MDU Sales. The candidate will build relationships and negotiate contracts with residential condo corporations, property management companies, rental MDU landlords and/or new construction home builders in the region. They will also be required to support sales and marketing activities.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- Identifying, establishing and developing marketing and access partnerships with condo boards, property management companies, rental MDU landlords and/or new construction home builders within assigned sales territories
- Conducting formal and informal presentations to senior managers and executives
- Negotiating marketing and access agreements as well as obtaining key agreement deliverables such as customer lists and/or booked sales events
- Exceeding assigned territory quotas for homes passed, units under contract and sales enablers
- Managing the sales process through to service implementation and customer satisfaction

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of sales/account management in the residential condo or landlord market
- Strong sales skills, particularly in prospecting, cold calling, relationship development, funnel management
- Experience in complex contract negotiation
- Extensive knowledge of Bell and competitor services in the residential market.

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – someone who enjoys having fun in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation experience
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Word and Power Point software

Requirements:

Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in a Sales/Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
