Strategic responsibilities
• Contributes to the development of the strategic plan of the sales division.
• Responsible for developing and executing the sales annual business plan.
• Search for opportunities to increase sales through new contacts, alliances, joint sales strategies with other divisions, etc.
• Provides visibility and positioning of the division through different activities (meetings customers, agencies, activities, etc.).
• Trend analysis of the market by developing an excellent knowledge of it through active involvement (associations, friends network advertising, etc.).
Operational responsibilities
• Develops, monitors, mobilizes and mandate sales team promoting a collaborative approach and a motivating climate, positive and effective.
• Establishes & monitors annual sales targets.
• Ensure to provide adequate training to his team and to develop the next generation.
• Provides a healthy inventory management in collaboration with the management of the inventory;
• Maximize the use of the research service;
• Participates in the negotiation of annual agreements and participates in presentations to clients;
• Ensures the development of new customers;
• Ensures an effective link with the services of marketing, production, routing, media creativity and operations;
• Follows up to meet the operating budget (salaries, etc.).
Skills required:
• Min. 10 years experience in advertising sales, including 5 years in a management position;
• Very good knowledge of the media (asset television, radio or display), and excellent credibility in this market;
• University degree in marketing or equivalent;
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team;
• Mobilizing marked aptitude for interpersonal and dynamism;
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation;
• Ability to develop sales strategies;
• Analysis and synthesis capacity to identify problems and opportunities;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, both orally and in writing;
• Sense of initiative, leadership and management skills and negotiation;
• Good analytical and rigorous;
• Honesty and professional integrity;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM / Microsoft)
• Perfect bilingualism (oral and written).
