An exciting and challenging opportunity for a motivated and self-directed individual to join the Corporate Labour Relations Team. Primary responsibilities will include support for collective bargaining, projects, data analysis and detailed report preparation.
Job Accountabilities:
- Demonstrate initiative to find solutions to simplify, automate and improve processes and reports
- Leverage various systems, including SAP, to pull and analyze data into coherent and comprehensive reports to facilitate decision making
- Create rich and engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Create Excel spreadsheets for purposes that include cost analysis in support of collective bargaining
- Provide support to all members of the Corporate Labour Relations team for various projects
- Respond to requests for general information from team members in Human Resource and Labour Relations in a timely manner
- Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of various HR / LR database solutions (i.e. union time, etc.), eSpace tools and websites
- Coordinate training sessions and course registration on Career Zone
- Provide information and conduct research in support of collective bargaining
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Front Page is an asset
- Ability to synthesize complex information and display it in a short and clear presentation
- Strong communication and analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detailed knowledge of any Bell Canada collective agreement(s) is an asset
- Post secondary education in Human Resources and/or Labour Relations, or equivalent experience
Candidates will be asked to perform Excel and PowerPoint tests during the interview process to validate knowledge and mastership of the tools.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
