Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the incumbent is responsible for the Managed Services of Bell Business Markets of the coordination of various security processes in the areas of Operational Security and Risks Management. He will act as a spokesperson and expert on the subject.

* Act as spokesperson and expert in information security, risks management, access management, with all teams of operations and managed services customers. He will be responsible to produce reports on various security metrics.
* Coordinate Identity and access request with all teams and customers as well as the periodic reviews. Keep records of evidences for different audits.
* Coordinate all security initiatives and exercise related to his field of expertise. Provide reports to the management to ensure projects are delivered according to plans.
* Validates security issues with project managers; keep tracks of those issues and ensure they are handled properly.
* Prepare and communicate risk reports to the Business Unit Manager who owned the risks and prepare and communicate risk dashboards for the management.
* Review exception requests for completeness and consistency; determine if any additional information is required before sending it for analysis and create exception request in the ticketing system.
* Review Security Opinion Requests for completeness and consistency; determine if any additional information is required in the Security Opinion request before sending it for analysis.
* Coordinate Vulnerability reports and assessments.
* He will also be designated has the Compliance coordinator backup. The compliance coordinator his responsible to ensure that all compliance exercises are running has planned.

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or in computer science with a specialization in telecommunications, or the equivalent.
* Five (5) years’ experience in IT security operations
* Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies, security standards (e.g. ISO 27002,17799, PCI)
* The following certifications are an asset: ITIL, CISSP, CISM and CISA
* Knowledge of financial aspects and information technologies
* Good knowledge of common office tools.
* Bilingualism written and spoken.
* Good knowledge of Bell Managed Service Operations
