Under Field Services, the Business Provisioning Team is currently seeking to fill the role of Staff Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be to lead a team of Circuit Designers to meet customer expected timelines, be productive and deliver high quality work to our partnering groups. Critical measures of success in this role include meeting customer due dates, productivity, and order issuance quality. The Business Provisioning Team plays a critical role in the delivery of IPVPN and Broadband bandwidth requirements for both Enterprise and SMB markets. Our team of circuit designers are responsible for the issuance of assignments and accurate input of required databases used by the downstream teams to install and turn-up service for our customers. It is a key role to ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of Circuit Design associates.
- Partner with stakeholders in order to align with District/Corporate initiatives.
- Interface with internal customers (Access, Transport, Service Assurance, etc).
- Expedite the completions of priorities and escalations.
- Schedule and facilitate monthly team meetings.
- Coaching and training of team.
- Ensure accurate associated staff records (SAP, payroll, Health and Safety, etc)
- Lead special projects and business initiatives.
- Manage and coach to associate productivity, quality, punctuality and absenteeism.

- PC proficient, especially MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of IPVPN, Broadband services and processes.
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
- Knowledge of Field Services / Business Provisioning Processes.
- Experience leading a unionized team of associates.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Post secondary education (university degree, HR certification, leadership training, etc)
- Knowledge of MTWO’s. NRMS, 879, PVC Oars, IPACT, EOM
