Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day Music scheduling and clock maintenance.
• Manage people, process, and daily operations so that the station is always functioning at peak levels.
• Responsible for the on-air sound as directed by Vice President, English Radio Programming.
• Ensure compliance with established music formats, commercial breaks and programming elements.
• Participation in weekly music and programming meetings and calls.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years broadcast media supervisory experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of music industry trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented and team player
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of target audience tastes and trends
