Junior Team Lead, Field Sales
Bell Canada’s Field Sales team is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven individual to assume the role of Junior Team Lead, Field Sales. The objective is to drive RGU growth and penetration within SFU (single family unit) markets through sales leadership, development and coaching of a team of Field Sales Representatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management of the field sales team, development and assignment of key growth territories, ongoing recruitment of new sales representatives, sales management, field training and consumer level support.

Job Duties/Accountabilities
- Supervises and motivates a small team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
- Leads by example executing Bell’s standard door-to-door strategy, habits and sales approach
- Sets and effectively communicates team goals
- Conducts daily team touch points via conference calls or in person
- Provides individualized and ongoing in-field peer coaching and training to ensure efficiency and productivity of all team members
- Supports Leader by teaching knowledge and development sessions to the team on D2D strategy, habits and sales approach
- Provides team sales results to Leader on a daily basis
- Manage the territory of SFUs and ensure full coverage
- Drive best practices that support sales engagement
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- This position requires a minimum of 1-3 years experience in leading a sales team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred skills/competencies:
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry.
- Proficiency in PC software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe)
