Bell Media, Canada's premier multimedia company, is seeking for a Sales Coordinator Assistant for its office located in Montréal.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Coordinators in their daily tasks;
- Print and distribute contracts to the Coordinators;
- Check and quickly deliver sales submissions to the traffic departments for the different stations represented by Bell Media TVPlus and replace non-availability if applicable;
- Follow up on advertising campaigns (moving, adding weight or specific request)
- Modify campaigns during seasonal and / or occasional changes to the grid;
- Perform performance monitoring of campaigns, pre-compensation, post-analysis and compensation;
- Ensure compliance with agreements, policies and sales parameters established by management;
- Provide administrative support.
Skill requirements :
- Degree in administration/marketing/communications or the equivalent;
- Experience in sales, advertising, communication or media;
- Bilingual (spoken and written);
- Ability to successfully utilize Microsoft Office software and to learn in-house applications;
- Initiative and organizational skills;
- Ability to work with and motivate a team;
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Honesty and professional integrity.
