Summer Student - Sponsorship Coordinator
Position available from May 15 to August 7 (12 weeks)
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- Support the team sponsorships for the main properties of the summer: FrancoFolies, Jazz Festival, Quebec City Summer Festival, as well as other properties throughout Quebec.
- Support the "hosting" and special events
- Support for demonstrations of products and services to festival Bell
- Engage the festival through activations
- Monitor the field inventories and deliverables
- Support the implementation of visibility and activation elements provided in the sponsorship agreements
- Support the sponsorship team in the coordination and management of field activations
- Daily management of the technology inventory for onsite demonstration
- Act as support of communications & coordination with sponsored events, partners and suppliers
- Manage presence schedule of artists and content delivery
- Support to internal teams (Residential Services (BRS), Social Media) in the implementation of their initiatives
- Updated daily activations reports of various communication tools (flickr, etc.)
- Create and maintain the various documents and data sheets associated with events (eg executive summaries, contact list, data collected on the site)
- Prepare the post festival to broadcast reports internally
Hosting Program:
- Support for the coordination of the ticket allocation and hosting plans as needed
- Act as a host and host hosting parties in the various Bell suites (Francos and FEQ)
- Support in updating Bell hosting guides on various events
Marketing / Branding
- Monitor and support provider in the development and application of briefs
- Monitor logo usages according to the guide standards Bell and events
- Coordinate the production and implementation of marketing tools with agencies and other providers
- Assist in the collection and traffic reports in marketing activities including the preparation of research plans for Bell and partners
- Ensure compliance of Bell standards book in various parts of communications issued by the different partners
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in promoting and organizing events or any other combination of experience deemed relevant
- Autonomous, flexible individual who enjoys working in a team with a high degree of initiative
- Confident and professional
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
