The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle primarily inbound customer service support calls from established Bell Mobility customers. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
We will provide you with extensive products training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role.
Job Requirements:
- A passion for customer service and sales
- Good communication skills in Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
- Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
- Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:
Successful candidates must be flexible to work a variety of tour rotation shifts between the hours of 7am and 9:15pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8am to 6:15pm and Sundays 8am to 6:15pm.
