The successful candidate is a dynamic, high performing individual with strong leadership skills who has a solid knowledge, background and proven experience in project management and business analysis with the ability to meet tight timelines, effectively work in partnership with cross functional teams, self-determination to drive results and communicate plans and results to Director level teams and above.

 

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible to act as a Project Manager representing the Bell Business Market Sales teams in leading, planning and delivering critical, strategic projects and related project delivery assignments supporting the Sales Operations work plan.

 

Accountabilities include:

  • Project Management - Delivering on the 2015 work program - Efficiency, IT, local or strategic projects - improving sales processes and tools
  • Organize and conduct effective work sessions with the various stakeholders
  • Lead and guide the team (i.e. BA, client) in defining the scope, understand the overall business, ensuring that the project aligns to the FMO and roadmaps.
  • Complete the organization and setup of projects
  • Lead and facilitate project execution to deliver on the set objectives
  • Complete the tasks associated to the selected methodology such as: Charter creation, Project plan,  team composition, WBS creation and tracking, data collection / analysis, risk management, etc. and obtain applicable sign offs
  • Lead the project team in the analysis of  benefits and operational impact assessments for Sales teams including the Sales operations teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales operations, Service provisioning and IT groups to ensure processes, new products, services and technologies related to project delivery are managed and implemented flawlessly
  • Investigate the gaps in the current business processes and develop a remediation plan to rectify them
  • Follow the BBM  governance process to obtain appropriate stakeholder sign-off during project life cycle
  • Create a communication plan to ensure that sponsors and all stakeholders are informed of the progress of all deliverables
  • Develop and lead the execution of the change management plan (employee adoption)
  • Demonstrate project completion within scope (+/- 10% of approved changes)

 

Critical Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must have:
  • English and French written / spoken
  • Previous Project manager or Business Analyst experience
  • Strong ability to express point of view, to negotiate and manage risks, to influence the work team and obtain alignment
  • Experience in creating assessments and business cases
  • Proven analytical / problem solving ability with exceptional attention to details
  • Excellent leadership and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong Self Management capability to work with multi-disciplinary tasks and projects
  • Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
  • Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
  • MS Office skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , MS project, Visio

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English and French
  • University or college degree or equivalent experience
  • Project Management or Business Analyst certification  or equivalent
  • A working knowledge of BBM Sales structure and Sales operation teams roles
  • A working knowledge of Sales and Service Provisioning systems such as Oracle /Seibel EOM, GoSee, PEATS, SAP, Partner connect, ECC etc.
