Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be developed to become a fully competent consultant practitioner in Professional Services Delivery. You will contribute to a variety of projects in our solutions practices such as Network / Security Assessments, Unified Communication designs, Data Centre Virtual Network and Cloud Computing solutions and Contact Centre deployments, developing your skills as a Technical Specialist.

Required Competencies:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Systems, Communications, or Computer), Information Technology (Networking or IT Security), dependent on the practice, completed by the position start date
* A passion for IT, Networking Communications, Systems Design, Web and XoIP technology
* you enjoy conducting systems analysis, must be able to communicate your findings and make recommendations, and have a strong business sense
* Ability to deal courteously and effectively with people, to meet deadlines, to analyze and solve problems, as well as to interact and communicate effectively with a wider variety of levels of employees
* Outstanding organizational, analytical and systems skills to work independently and assist in the development and support of online and Web based management tools, meeting Business Clients’ integrated systems needs
* Excellent written and oral communications skills; being able to provide clear, complete, and concise verbal instructions and written documentation
* Ability to translate and communicate complex technical issues and their resolution to senior management client teams and be seen as a thought leader
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, Working towards Cisco certifications
