Responsibilities:

 

Scheduling and charting:

• Programming and scheduling of the electronic or digital content according to posting instructions;

• Perform updates on various reports and various administrative tasks;

• Video conversion

 

Maintenance / Quality Control:

• Perform maintenance of electronic products in collaboration with the operations department;

• Compile and analyze reports of reliability and delivery;

• Occasional visit to the Montreal airport.

 

Sales Service:

• Coordinate the receipt of advertising material with the sales team;

• Communicate with the sales team to notify them of problematic situations (eg missing material, delayed posting, etc.);

 

Other:

• Contribute to the development and testing of campaigns whose content is driven by real-time and conditional data.

 

 

Skills required:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and especially Excel;

• Ability to work in a computerized environment (Windows) that is constantly changing;

• Knowledge of and fluency in web technologies and network (an asset)

• Experience with charting software and / or broadcasting (an asset)

• Fluency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Premiere)

• At least one year of experience in customer service;

• Attention to detail and rigor;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, sense of urgency, stress management;

• Bilingual (spoken and written);

 

Additional information: 

Job Type: Non-Management

Job Status: Permanent Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible (7 days/week, between 6h00 and 21h30)

Location: Montreal

Valid driver's license required.
