Responsibilities:
As part of a world class marketing department, this senior position oversees marketing activity for CTV, Canada’s #1 TV Network
• Works closely with key stakeholders to define, plan & execute strategic consumer campaigns focused on driving tune-in & digital traffic.
• Develops & oversees day to day marketing plans/roll-out for the top new & returning shows in Canada.
• Works closely with programming team to define priorities.
• Oversees weekly priority list & ensures core messaging is communicated to key stakeholders.
• Creates concise creative briefs & marketing plans.
• Works with larger internal Bell Media Agency team (on-air, off-air, media & production) on the execution of campaign elements. Ensuring deadlines are met within assigned budgets.
• Works with research team to analyze data & define actionable insights for post campaigns and presentations.
• Supports other departments with strategic direction and input
• Reports directly to the Senior Director, Marketing
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in entertainment related marketing
• Experience working for TV brand or another leading brand is an asset
• University / post-secondary education with emphasis on Marketing preferred.
• Strong on-brand idea generator with expertise and working knowledge of various media including TV, OOH, radio, digital and social
• Must be innovative, flexible, detail oriented and the ultimate team player.
• Able to demonstrate exceptional project management skills under tight deadlines.
• Experience creating & executing events, experiential stunting, grassroots marketing an asset.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for pop culture and all things entertainment.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
